Warranty

• We give 1 Year Warranty for all new network hardware, unless otherwise stated in Product Information.
• We re-condition and test used network hardware and give warranty to all Cisco hardware including End-of-Sale and End-of-Life products of Cisco.
• This way you can buy pre-owned Cisco hardware in confident. Warranty for Reseller is only 90 Days.

Returns Policy

• There is a 30 days Warranty for all network hardware, unless otherwise stated.
• Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods: Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period, Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 7 days of receipt.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not refund shipping costs.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition.
